Customs Tariffs and Other Fees
Customs fees and other fees may be incurred when parcels are imported into their destination country.
Customs tariffs and other views are at the discretion of the local customs and related authorities at the delivery location. Any fees which are incurred must be paid by the sender (you) or the receiver.
Payments and Returns
We are unable to provide accurate advance information on the rates and amounts of customs duties and other fees, as they are calculated upon arrival at the destination during import customs clearance and inspection.
Customs duties and other fees incurred in the United States are the responsibility of the recipient. If the shipment is delayed due to import customs clearance or inspection in the United States, or if the recipient fails to pay the customs duties and other fees, the shipment may be forced to be returned or disposed of in the United States, and we may charge the receiver for the customs, other fees and return shipment.
