• Your initial price quotation will be based on the engine requiring replacement
• Estimated time for completion will be included
• Quotation acceptance and agreement
• A deposit will be required to proceed

◊ DONOR ENGINE ◊

• If the engine is not in stock, a donor engine will be acquired
• Donor engine nationwide search 
• Donor engine purchase and transport to our shop 
• Donor engine disassembly and thorough inspection

◊ REPAIR & OVERHAUL ◊

• Engine and parts cleaning
• Replacement parts ordering
• Resurfacing and repairs
• Engine rebuild

◊ COMPLETION & PAYMENT ◊

• We will do our upmost to complete the overhaul within the estimated time. There are times when parts will need to be backordered.
• You will be notified by email of the completion of your overhauled engine.
• A final invoice will be prepared and sent by email. Payment is required within the requested payment period.

◊ SHIPMENT & DELIVERY ◊

• Upon receipt of the final payment, we will prepare your engine for shipment
• Engine and parts will be carefully packaged and boxed
• We will ship utilizing the chosen shipping service type
• Tracking information will be sent via email prior to or on the shipment date
